About This Course
ISO 31000:2018 Enterprise Risk Management ISO31000P OVERVIEW Risk management is like playing chess - imagine you're planning your moves on a chessboard, and you want to think about what might happen next: - What if your opponent makes a surprising move? - What if you make a mistake? In business, things can be uncertain or have unexpected twists, just like in chess. Risk management is about trying to foresee these uncertainties and plan for them. It's like wearing a seatbelt in a car – you put it on not because you expect to have an accident, but just in case. TARGET AUDIENCE All personnel in project teams for product and process design and development, especially from the areas of planning, preproduction, test and inspection planning and quality. TRAINING CONTENT - Identifying Risks: Figuring out what could go wrong or what might not go as planned. - Analyzing Risks: Understanding how likely these things are to happen and how much they might affect you. - Evaluating The Identified Risks: Evaluate in terms of probability, impact, and overall severity and prioritize risks based on their significance to the project or business objectives. - Developing & Implementing Strategies: Based on the risk assessment, develop strategies to address and mitigate the identified risks. - Monitoring & Reviewing: Keeping an eye on things as you go along, adjusting your plans if needed, and being ready to respond if something unexpected occurs.
