VDA 6.3 Renewal Workshop ID341 BACKGROUND AND TOPICS The VDA 6.3 process audit is an effective procedure for assessing processes in connection with planning and manufacturing a product. To conduct VDA 6.3 process audits, comprehensive knowledge, experience and competence are necessary. Thus, the qualification of relevant personnel is indispensable. After qualifying as a VDA 6.3 process auditor, the question arises of continuous further development. Again and again, while conducting audits in practice, auditors will encounter situations in which handling or appropriately assessing requirements leads to uncertainties. This training offers the chance to discuss such situations in everyday audit practice with the participants and an expert, to determine the appropriateness and application of requirements and assessments. TARGET AUDIENCE This training is for Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 (2016), who cannot prove the required number of process audits for the extension of their auditor qualification. OBJECTIVES In this one-day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their process auditor skills, share their day-to-day experience, and develop their user skills. The participants thus increase their security in the application of process audits and receive suggestions for developing their auditor competence. CONCEPT AND METHODS The workshop focuses on the practical application of the process audit as a tool for analysing weaknesses in combination with risk assessments and as a basis for improvement measures. The theoretical part focuses on the subjects of audit preparation and audit planning as well as evaluation. The application of the VDA 6.3 Analysis Tool will also be discussed. In the practical part, the audit preparation, audit planning, the execution of process audits with final evaluation and the presentation of results (final discussion) are trained in role plays and according to given scenarios. PREREQUISITES FOR ATTENDANCE This workshop is aimed at already Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 (2016). For the efficiency of the workshop, it is also necessary that the participants have a comprehensive knowledge of the VDA 6.3 questionnaire and the evaluation relevant requirements. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE At the end, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

For in-person in-house courses, unless otherwise specified, pricing assumes the training will take place at the client's location and ht+a will not provide catering. The Client will ensure that the training room will be equipped with all necessary tools including flip charts, markers, video projectors/screens, appropriate furnishings and ample electrical outlets. Sustainability & Materials: - Delegates require an email address and a stable and active internet connection with suitable equipment (computer, smartphone or tablet) to access course materials and, where applicable, to complete online tests and join live video calls. - Printed course materials will not be provided, including for in-person or in-house events. Customers may print their course materials if desired. - ht+a no longer provides publications (textbooks) as part of the course fee. It is the customer's responsibility to procure any supplementary material either as an add-on from ht+a (payment is required in advance), OR from the VDA (https://shorturl.at/fbHJs) or the AIAG (https://shorturl.at/z73jg) directly (all corresponding shipping and duties will be for the customer's account). Due to copyright, ht+a does not provide digital copies of publications. - Digital certificates will be provided. Certificates for VDA QMC courses will only be issued once full payment is received. Certificates for ht+a courses will be automatically issued upon completion of course requirements. Customers may print their certificate if desired.
